Is it free?
Yes. Analyze files and export reports without an account. A free account adds saved dashboard summaries, a findings library, KPI targets, snapshot comparisons and a notebook. No credit card or subscription.
Is my file uploaded anywhere?
File analysis runs inside this browser tab; the tool does not upload the source file. Saving an account snapshot sends the summary you preview and approve to the hosted workspace. Contact sends your email and message, plus request metadata for spam checks, without attaching your dataset.
Which files can I use?
CSV, TSV, Excel (.xlsx and .xls), JSON, JSONL, XML and YAML. Dates, currencies, percentages, durations and units are recognized automatically, and messy exports are tidied for you.
What does it show me?
Key numbers with change against the previous period, unusual values, trends, category breakdowns and measures that move together. Available views depend on the columns and usable observations in your file. Open a finding to inspect the calculations and context behind it.
How reliable are the findings?
Findings must pass statistical and minimum-size checks, but those checks cannot verify whether your source records are correct. Review the Data view, parsing notes and relevant source rows. Correlation does not establish cause. Forecasts appear only when they beat a simple baseline on a historical check; that does not guarantee a future result.
How big can a file be?
Up to 5 files, 20 MiB per file and 50 MiB in total. Analysis accepts up to 50,000 rows, 128 columns and 2,000,000 parsed cells per file. Larger row sets produce a notice; oversized files or grid shapes are rejected.
Will my work be saved?
Your source file stays in this tab. With a free account, you can explicitly save a summary containing the selected key numbers, findings and small trend previews. Notes and targets are saved to your account too. We never upload source rows. Export a full report before closing if you need every chart.
How do accounts work?
Choose a username and passphrase; your name is optional and no email is required. The hosted workspace stores your login details and the items you explicitly save. Summaries can include confidential derived numbers, so review the preview before saving. Keep the recovery key shown at signup: there is no email recovery. Account settings let you download your saved items, change your password or delete your account and saved items.
What is the offline edition?
A single HTML file with the whole tool and the examples inside. Open it in a modern browser with no internet connection and no installation.
Can it refresh reports from my business systems?
This version analyzes files you choose or paste. It does not connect to your business systems or refresh reports on a schedule. For a custom workflow or integration, describe your requirements to Aporia Systems; scope, pricing and support are agreed separately.
